Seasonal Online Workshop
The spring equinox workshop is scheduled for Sunday, 22 March 2026 - just after before the official equinox on the 20th, when we had equal hours of dark and light. For the next three months, the days will be lengthening.
Spring is the season of renewal, fertility, new possibilities and opportunity for growth, the new, for beginning again. It is a bold time of transition and transformation in the natural world of which we are part.
This ninety-minute, online workshop is an opportunity to have some slow and structured time to reflect on your life as the season of hibernation and restoration gives way to the season of new beginnings and possibility.
A season of planting celebrations and festivals in most cultures, the spring equinox- with its equal hours of light and dark- is a natural point in the year to take stock, to ‘plant seeds’ that you will tend and nurture as the days lengthen.
The Spring Equinox workshop is scheduled for 22 March 2026 at 4:00-5:30 pm GMT/5:00-6:30pm European time/11:00-12:30 pm EST/8:00-9:30 am PST.
This workshop is one of four seasonal workshops offered to women of any age, from anywhere in the world (appreciating that it is the autumn equinox in the global south – and if that is where you are, you are so welcome to join us for some time to slow down and reflect on life as your season turns).
The ninety minutes will primarily be spent doing your own work, individually and in this temporary community of women, and will finish with an opportunity for a little time in 3’s, connecting and sharing what you wish of your reflections through the session.
